Procedure of Payment Terms

Step 1. Check the latest price bracket on our website and choose your desired tour package.
Step 2. Fill up the necessary information on the Reservation Form below this page.
Step 3. We will send you a price quotation of your desired tour package and also the amount of downpayment necessary for reservation.
Step 4. We will send you via E-mail the bank Account number where you can deposit your downpayment.
Step 5. Go to the nearest bankand deposit the exact downpayment amount.
Step 6. Inform us via E-mail if you had already made the deposit and tell us also the bank branch where you made the depost. (please keep the bank receipt for records purposes)
Step 7. AFRICAMINIATURETOURS will verify your downpayment.
Step 8. Upon successful verification, we will E-mail an order confirmation and summary of your reservation along with the name and phone number of the assigned tour coordinator for your group. The assigned tour coordinator will text or call your contact number 1-2 days before your scheduled Camtoursventures tour. It is also advisable to contact your assigned tour coordinator at least 2 days before your scheduled tour.

Payment Terms

A Non-Refundable downpayment is required before we can reserve your desired schedule. Once we receive your downpayment, your scheduled date is already secured. Downpayments should be made ASAP or at least 5 Days before your desired tour date.

Discounted rate for Kids is as follows:

3 yrs old and below – FREE
4 to 8 years old – 50% DISCOUNT
9 years old and up – NO DISCOUNT / Same Rate as Adults

For every 2 Adults in your group, 1 kid can avail of the discounted rate.

The Downpayment is to be paid via Cash Deposits on the bank account of the “AFRICAMINIATURETOURS Travel and Tours Services” representative that is assigned on your group. You pay the rest of the Balance once you arrive in Cameroon.

Reschedule Policy

You can re-schedule your AFRICAMINIATURETOURS Tour for up to 2 months from your original tour date. Reschedule is Only Valid if you inform us 1 week before your scheduled tour date. You can only reschedule once.
